Instructions
  1. Please work in one currency at a time when you use the system i.e. work in ZAR or Euro or GBP or USD all the time.
  2. Select your accommodation or trip and currency on the left - this will take you to details / itinerary, pricing and an automated online enquiry system.
  3. Click on the add button to add the number of people (or days where indicated) next to the description.
  4. The number of people/days will automatically be added to the box on the right.
  5. To remove a number, click on remove and the number on the right will reduce with every click
  6. Click on "View enquiry" to view the total of your enquiry.
  7. If you wish to add some more options, click on "back" - you will return to the page where you could add or remove items.
  8. You are allowed to add anything at any time to your enquiry - just click on the left hand navigation bar, select your trip and currency and add it to your existing enquiry.
  9. Please ensure that cookies and Java script is enabled in your browser.
  10. Please note that you would not be under any obligation when you use the system - this system is used merely to ease the enquiry process for users.
  11. We will respond as soon as possible after receipt of the enquiry.
  12. All pricing quoted will be confirmed after the initial enquiry.
  13. USD, Euro and GBP pricing is subject to fluctuations in the exchange rate and will be confirmed.
