On Photographic safari with Cindy Wheeler |
|
|
Cindy Wheeler (Texas, USA) traveled with her husband to Namibia in 2002. This was her first trip to Africa and she fell in love with our continent.
Upon arrival home, Cindy was not happy with the result of her photographic safari. She decided to return to South Africa in 2003 on a photographic safari and part of her goal was to photograph elephants.
After her trip to Botswana, Cindy joined us at an exclusive lodge in the heart of the Limpopo for 4 days. Our main mission on this trip was to capture images of the ever elusive Aardvark (Antbear) with digital camera - not so easy as they only become active at last light or at night:
This is my personal account of the time I spent with Cindy:
Day one
Day two
Day three
Day four
Going on Safari? Africatravelmart teamed up with several Professional safari companies to cater for clients that wish to fulfill their lifelong dream of a photographic safari in Africa.
The younger generation and more adventurous could utilize the overland camping safaris for photographic purposes as well and we request that you visit that section of the web site for more information.
We do, however have the services of safari companies available that are willing to arrange specialized photographic and special interest safaris from USD 350-00 per day, for a minimum of 4 days.
Please e-mail us to custom make your special interest or photographic safari.
