Uitsight self catering holiday home is based on the Tropical Kwazulu Natal South coast (Eastern coast) with stunning sea views, 20 minutes from the Durban International airport and walking distance from the pristine and clean Warner Beach.
This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house easily accommodates up to 13 people, ideal for family holidays, business break aways, traveling sales people and International families wishing to spend their summer or winter in South Africa.
- Location
 Uitsight is situated at 17 Maude Road, Warner Beach on the Kwazulu Natal South Coast. Warner Beach forms part of Amanzimtoti which is a 20 minute drive South from the Durban International Airport and this area is Malaria free.
Uitsight is walking distance from Warner beach and it is safe to walk down the street to this popular bathing area. The beach has a tuck shop, tidal pool and life savers are on duty during the holiday season, Saturdays and Sunday.
Kingsway, the main street running between the residential area and the beach have a range of small second hand shops, pubs, fishing tackle shops etc. Several pubs, restaurants and shopping centers are close by for those that wish to have a sundowner overlooking the sea or need to do some grocery shopping.
Directions:
Take the N2 South from Durban International airport. Take the Seadoone offramp left. Turn left at the traffic light into Seadoone road. Follow Seadoone road over the next traffic light (Beach way on the left), across the bridge and turn left at the next crossing into Kingsway. Turn right into Gus Brown road at the garage (right hand side) with school on the left. Follow Gus Brown until Maude at the left. Turn left into Maude street and follow the road to no.17.
- Climate
Amanzimtoti, situated on the Eastern coast of South Africa enjoys a tropical climate all year round. Summers are hot and humid while winters are pleasant during the day but cold at night. Temperatures range from 23 - 35°C (September to April = Summer) and 16 - 25 °C in winter (May to August). December and January are the hottest months of the year. The sea temperature ranges from 17-21°C with the temperature seldom going below 17 °C. Strong winds normally blow during August.

Arrival: 14:00 pm South African time (GMT+2)

All linen will be supplied - please bring your own towels.
- Kitchen:
Complete kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, fridge/freezer combination, stove and oven.

The house contains 2 Colour TV´s with standard SABC channels and MNET open time (No DSTV) available. One TV is located in the kitchen / main living room area and the other in the main bedroom.

Servants quarters are available for families with domestic executives accompanying them on holiday.
- Cleaning and laundry services:
A washing machine and dryer is available for those wishing to do their own laundry. Uitsight is willing to arrange a cleaner to clean the house on a daily basis and do the laundry (laundry price list available upon arrival) - the daily rates do not include cleaning services - visitors must please stipulate upfront whether they would require these services or not.

- Pricing quoted includes VAT.
- Bank transfer fees are for the clients' account.
- R 500-00 holding deposit will be required as confirmation of the booking for South African clients. A 10% holding deposit will be required for International clients.
- R 300-00 refundable breakage deposit will be required - the house and its contents will be checked after departure and visitors will be held responsible for any broken items.
- Cancellations:
Cancellations should be made in writing, 30 days prior to the arrival date - a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the deposit prior to transfer. The holding deposit will be non-refundable in cases where cancellations are made on short notice.
- The management of Uitsight disclaims itself from any injuries that might take place during guests's stay - warning signs have been placed. Please ensure that children do not run on wet floors.
